The Shoosmith Sanitary Landfill in Chesterfield County is comprehensive and services the surrounding community. Abiding by all regulations, we are environmentally friendly and an asset to the area.

Recycling operations include wood mulching and tire grinding for beneficial reuse, and a collection of landfill gas (LFG) for electricity by a LFG-to-Energy Power Plant, as shown in the photographs.
